Here is a video of Beth Tweedle’s uneven bar performance at the 2012 British championships.  She won a bronze medal at the London Olympics for her uneven bars performance.  That was her third time to compete in the Olympics.

But these days Beth has taken up a new interest –  Ice Dancing!  She has been performing with dance partner Dan Whiston on the Dancing On Ice Show.  Recently they won the championship!  This is not the same as the sport of ice dancing and does not require the skill level.  But it’s based on entertaining people by dancing on the ice, along with comments from judges and votes from viewers.

So what’s next for Beth?  It looks like she has decided to retire from gymnastics.  At age 27 she’s past her gymnastic prime.  But it looks like she’s not too old for skating.
