The 1984 Olympics was a great one for the USA men’s gymnastic team. The team won the gold medal! Bart Conner also won the individual gold for his performance on the parallel bars. You can watch it here in this video.
Bart was also on the USA men’s Olympic teams in 1976 and 1980. He currently owns and operates the Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy,along with his wife, Romanian gold medalist Nadia Comăneci. He also edits a gymnastics magazine and sometimes serves as a TV commentator for gymnastics events. He is truly one of America’s great gymnasts!
