Break Them In Right!

When you get new grips to use for gymnastics, they will feel stiff and may not fit well around your fingers.  Before using them, it’s important to break your grips in in the proper way so that you don’t damage them and so that you can use them safely.

This video demonstrates the proper way to make them more flexible and to get them to fit your fingers without stretching them out.
