Exercises to Build Strength
Conditioning exercises are used to help gymnasts develop muscles and strength properly. If they bulk up muscles in the wrong areas of their bodies, they will be heavier than they need to be and will not be able to balance as well. Gymnasts need flexibility as well as strength to perform their routines. That’s why developing muscle power in the right parts of the body are so important.
