The men’s high bar competition in the 2013 World Gymnastics Championships was exciting. Early on it looked like the men’s All Around champion, Kohei Uchimura had it all wrapped up. But that was before two other gymnasts stepped up and wowed the crowd and the judges with energetic, fast, risky moves on the bar that blasted them ahead of Uchiimura.

You can watch the whole competition here. The winner was Epke Zonderland from Holland. He was the high bar winner at the Olympics as well. In fact, he is a high bar specialist. He was the first Dutch male gymnast to win a medal at the Olympics, and he proved at Antwerp that he’s still at the top of his specialty event!
