National Gymnastics Day is a fun day at many gymnastics centers around the country.  This video of a handstand contest was taken at one center last year.  If you call around to the places where gymnastics is taught in your community, you might find some free activities or a gymnastics show to watch.  Some centers offer a free class or contests to whoever shows up.
