One step below the Elite level of gymnasts (who make it to senior level competitions) are the Level 10 Junior gymnasts.  This video shows guys from several countries competing in the 2012 International Junior competition.  If they keep working and honing their skills, we may see them in the next summer Olympics.

It is likely that several of these gymnasts will rise to the Elite level within a year or two.
