McKenna Kelley – LSU Gymnast
If it’s hard for a blossoming gymnast to grow up in the shadow of a mother who was a great Olympic gymnast, McKenna Kelley doesn’t show it. She loves gymnastics and has never been pressured by her mom, Mary Lou Retton, to push toward an elite gymnastics career. She’s been taking gymnastics lessons since age 2, and now is ready to shine on the LSU women’s team.
This video shows her debut as a freshman on the LSU gymnastics team in 2016. It will be exciting to watch her collegiate career in the sport in which her mother triumphed.
