Training That Stretches Their Limits





The Russians are well known for being at the top when it comes to Rhythmic Gymnastics.  This video shows some of their training and some stunning scenes that make us marvel at how they can move their bodies so gracefully into positions that most people could never get into.

 

According to RT.com,

The Soviet Union and Russia have always been a world center of excellence for rhythmic gymnastics, winning 61 world championship medals since the sport was founded.

The Russians have also won gold at individual and team events during the past three Olympics.

We may see a repeat performance at this year’s Olympics.
