Some of these acrobatic gymnasts balance in ways that are mind boggling. They can bend and twist their bodies in ways that most people can’t, but what is really spectacular is how they balance on and with each other while they are doing it!
This video shows how good acrobatic gymnasts can move from the competition level into the professional level, performing in acrobatic shows. Rather than having a competitive career of just a few years, if they stay in training, they can perform for many years.
