This video shows some unique training scenes from the University of Utah women’s gymnastics team.  Everything from rope climbing to strength training, to hand walking to tub soaking!

This college team enters the 2013 season ranked fifth in the USA.  They are beginning their season with a meet against UCLA, which is ranked second.  It should be a close competition!  T\
