Amazing Strong Kids!
Training for rhythmic gymnastics is incredibly hard. But those who fight their way through the pain and practice consistently can develop amazing strength and flexibility. As you can see in this video, these kids are serious about their gymnastics training. Just look what they can do!
If training starts young enough, kids can develop the ability to stretch and move their bodies in ways that we wouldn’t have thought possible several years ago!
